Summary/objective
The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Lakelands front office. They are responsible for administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to employees and management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Reception:
- Managing incoming calls, reroute calls to the appropriate person or department while also filtering out unnecessary or inappropriate calls.
- Take messages or direct callers to voicemail as appropriate.
- Assist customer walk-ins, delivery vendors and guests.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare and mail all USPS/UPS/Fed Ex packages.
- Serve as a receiver of mail or correspondence.
- Operates office machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, computers, and tablets.
- Responsible for office supply inventory.

Record Keeping and Data Management
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Organize and archive documents in a systematic manner including filing.
- Assist in data entry and management of information systems.
- Financial Administration: invoice processing and collections calls.
- HR Administration: support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- May be called upon to assist with special projects as required.
- Supply additional administrative and clerical support to the management team as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.

Required education and experience
- 1 years of administrative/office experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred education and experience
- Experience in a construction or manufacturing front office a plus.
- A.S. degree a plus.
