Job Responsibilities:
- Greet each client with friendly eye contact and a smile.
- Speak confidently, clearly and professionally using correct grammar and terminology.
- Explain Lakes Veterinary & Surgical Center’s unique services, via phone and in person.
- Be resourceful and anticipate doctor and client needs, in order to quickly get them the information they need.
- · Learn and navigate our veterinary software to make and update appointments, create documents and process payments.
- · Assist with product ordering and inventory management
- · Assist with scanning, filing, organizing key information
- · MS Office Suite knowledge is a bonus.
