Are you pursuing a degree in Human Resources and looking for hands-on experience with a growing company? Lakeside Foods is seeking a motivated Human Resources intern who is interested in applying their educational knowledge and business practices in a real-world environment. Come join our team and we will give you the opportunity to work on various HR projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Job shadow and train with HR staff
- Assist in recruiting functions including: reviewing and updating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work on specific HR projects as assigned
- Collaborate and network with other interns to help improve our processes
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Human Resources major, working towards completion of BA
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
