Teaching and Learning Administrative Assistant: K-12 Resources and Training
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. The purpose of the position is to provide administrative and secretarial support to the members of the Teaching and Learning department in all aspects directly related to operating, K-12 resources and training. The position holder ensures that the department of Teaching & Learning is running smoothly in all areas, in part, by establishing a flow of accurate and timely information/materials to all stakeholders in and out of the district.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
2. High School diploma – prefer two year college degree or equivalent.
3. Two year office management experience or equivalent.
4. Word processing skills at the level of 65 WPM or more.
5. Excellent oral and written communications skills and proofreading skills.
6. Ability to learn the district’s finance program, student information system, and email and new software programs as they become available.
7. Experience with Google Suites
8. Ability to multitask in a fast paced, noisy environment.
