Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collections. This role is crucial in supporting the overall financial health of our organization and requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Duties

• Process and record all incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage accounts, ensuring all transactions are up-to-date and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Assist in accounts payable processes as needed to support overall financial operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing, payment status, and account discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.

Skills

• Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guest and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to accounts receivable efficiently.
