Job Description
As a Construction Superintendent, you will supervise, coordinate, schedule, and manage all phases of a project. You will possess keen project management skills to mentor and develop staff. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical field is desired.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Supervise, coordinate, schedule, and manage all phases of a project.
- Possess project management skills to mentor and develop staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical field strongly desired.
- 5 years of Construction Management experience with MEP projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- OSHA 30 Hour Certified and maintain safety and compliance.
