The Federal Programs and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of various federal and district programs, including district test coordination, within the school system. The coordinator will work closely with district leaders to facilitate district-wide initiatives, track data, and ensure appropriate documentation and reporting are completed for federal and state compliance. The position also involves coordinating communication and resources for students and families and collaborating on various grant programs.
Master’s degree in education or a related field. Experience in school administration, federal program compliance, or related roles required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate district-wide initiatives. Understanding of data management and reporting systems, including AR application.
