Personal Assistant to Pilot with Three Daughters. (Redondo Beach)

Pilot with shared custody of his three daughters needs a personal assistant to support him during this transition time while he is trying to get full custody of his children. Until then, the three of them are living between Wyoming and Redondo Beach. The assistant must be available to work 15 days each month to provide personal support for him and also to accompany his daughters on flights between Wyoming and Redondo Beach. Days worked will be in either location, or possibly in his third residence in Ireland. This position will last 6-12 months and includes unlimited travel on American Airlines. There is also an option to live in a studio on his property in Redondo Beach.

Which 15 days worked each month will change and will be known two weeks in advance of every month.

Requirements include:

- BA/BS from competitive US college

- One year of personal assistant experience or equivalent

- Clean driver’s license

- Being really competent with logistics

- Ability to wear a lot of hats and switch between them seamlessly

- Being able to think on your feet

- Being able to change directions quickly

- Maturity, regardless of age

- Considerable experience with air travel

- Ability to amuse yourself during downtime, because there will be a lot of that

- Capability to make simple meals

- Experience taking care of middle school children

Responsibilities include:

- Flying with three daughters between LA and Montana as needed, probably twice a month

- Shopping for clothes for children and father

- Shopping for groceries

- Shopping for other things

- Car maintenance

- Planning trips

- Fixing things on his phone

- Helping his life run smoothly

$65K/year unlimited travel on American Airlines

15 days/month

$45K/year unlimited travel on American Airlines studio to live in in Redondo Beach (for up to one year regardless of length of job)
