Lambert Vet Supply is looking for reliable and professional minded individuals to add to our team. We are currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative.
Our Inside Sales Representatives answer incoming calls and assist with customer orders as well as soliciting business from warm leads lists. These lists are comprised of past customers that don't currently have sales reps. We always encourage our sales reps to find potential new clients to nurture as well!
This position requires the following skills:
- A drive to learn about pet health care products to better serve our customers.
- Motivated to make outbound phone calls
- Excellent phone based customer service
- Adept at operating on a computer
- Learning new computer software
- Courteous communication with pet owners
- Professional communication with veterinarians
- Punctual and Reliable
- Sales team rotates a Saturday shift, then the following Thursday is off
The hired candidate will be working with a team of individuals to provide products to online customers/pet owners. Contacting current clients via phone, e-mail, and fax are daily tasks.
Calling warm leads or finding new clients is imperative to the success of this position.
A calm and professional demeanor is necessary when speaking with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour while training. Base Commission after client base is established
