Currently we are seeking, a full-time 40 hours a week Marketing and Development Director. This position is responsible for to develop, manage and apply the Marketing and Communications Plan, including branding, messaging, public engagement and special events. Ensures updates of the external website and other digital and social media on a regular basis. Oversees communication and visibility with the local communities, patients and other stakeholders via personal engagement, print and electronic media. Directs the support of operational communication and promotion needs including, email, phone messaging, digital engagement and signage. Develops a long term Advancement strategy for the organization.
Key responsibilities include but not limited too.
- Supervision of the Marketing Coordinator
- Develops and executes organizational Development Plan
- Develops and executes organizational Marketing and Communications Plan
- Oversees the creation of the agency’s literature, promotional pieces and annual report.
- Writes and or edits all agency press releases
Successful candidate will be confident, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have 5 to 10 years’ experience in a marketing, communications and/or development role.
Salary Range $90,000 to $100,000
Qualifications:
Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s in English, Communications, or Health Services or equivalent related health care experience.
Computer literacy required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with, Adobe PageMaker Software, Digital Analytics such as Google, and Web Based Content Management Systems (CMS) is preferred but not required.
