Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll Management : Assist in payroll preparation and process all facility payroll after verification. Address employee questions and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Schedule and conduct interviews for open positions, complete new hire paperwork, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Employee Relations & Compliance : Maintain accurate employee personnel files, provide support on FMLA requests, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Administrative Support : Answer HR-related inquiries, maintain organized records, and support the HR department as needed.
