In this critical role, you will lead the Marketing strategy and alignment across Executive Communications, Marketing Culture, Training and Organizational Evolution. This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA.Responsibilities
Lead executive engagement and communication, including quarterly business review prep, marketing hits newsletter, and regular communication with key stakeholders; ensure a link between program results to overall Company-wide objectives.Push forward the operational excellence (procurement and vendor consolidation) to ensure best-in-class agency and vendor management.Lead OneMarketing InfoSeries, Tools / Hubs, Summer 2025 marketing intern onboarding / program and beyond.Support the Marketing Organizational evolution to ensure the team is resourced for key priorities while creating growth & mobility.Required Competencies
