Job Title: {Talent Acquisition Associate}
Job Description:
Partner closely with a variety of teams to assist candidates throughout the onboarding process.
Facilitate onboarding and process drug/background tests
Support onboarding-related projects with the business
Maintain a working knowledge of DISH HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting
Maintain excellent relationships with both direct business partners and peripheral departments that interact with direct support groups (i.e. closely related departments; Compensation, HRIS, Training, Resource, etc.)
Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow-through, prioritization, and a sense of urgency
Key Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Time management
Ability to effectively respond and interact with all levels of the organization
Strong computer skills, including the use of spreadsheet and word-processing programs
Ability to identify problems, collect data, and make reasonable recommendations based on fact-finding
Must be able to handle strict confidential information and possess a strong sense of urgency
Ability to learn to quickly navigate iCIMS applicant tracking system with training provided
Strong accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects/candidates at once in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate for this role requires minimum supervision and has a high need to for achievement (and has a history of achievement to prove it)
Qualified candidates can work efficiently, adapt quickly, and multi-task
They also learn quickly, solve complex problems with simple solutions, and generate innovative ideas to improve the business
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, and 3 months of customer service, administrative or HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation: {$25 to $30/hr}
