Job Title : Data Center Managed Service Operator / Maintenance Engineer I
Location : 13900 NW 2nd Street. Sunrise FL, USA 33325
Duration : 3 to 6 months with possibility for contingent assignment extension for an additional 3 to 6 months.
Shift : Monday-Friday 10.00 PM to 6.30AM (Possibility to work on the weekends as needed for emergencies)
Job Description :
Core essential skill sets :
- 5.1. Certified electrician license.
- 5.2. Basic HVAC knowledge and skills.
- 5.3. Service availability 24 / 7 for incident response.
- 5.4. Basic computer skills (Office suite, operating systems).
- 5.5. Serve as Level1 support for incidents in HVAC, water, and air systems.
- 5.6. Serve as Level1 & Level2 support for incidents in Electrical systems
- 5.7. Strong service orientation, responsibility, independence, and a systems-oriented mindset

Additional Information for Recruiter :
We are seeking a managed service solution that will provide 24 / 7 on-site coverage. The main pillars of the service include the following :
1. Monitoring
o An on-site electrician will physically monitor the environment by conducting periodic patrols.
2. Preventive Maintenance (PM)
o Responsible for managing PM activities according to Client's PM plan in collaboration with Client's subcontractors.
3. Malfunction Handling (MH)
o Electrical Incidents : Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1 and L2.
o HVAC Incidents : Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1.

All PM and MH activities will adhere to Client's standards.
