Position : Data Center Managed Service Operator
Shift : Monday-Friday 2PM -10.30PM (Possibility to work on the weekends as needed for emergencies)
Core essential skill sets :
1. Certified electrician license.
2. Basic HVAC knowledge and skills.
3. Service availability 24 / 7 for incident response.
4. Basic computer skills (Office suite, operating systems).
5. Serve as Level1 support for incidents in HVAC, water, and air systems.
6. Serve as Level1 & Level2 support for incidents in Electrical systems
7. Strong service orientation, responsibility, independence, and a systems oriented mindset
Education / Certification / Experience :
Minimum Educational Requirement is High School Diploma or GED.

We are seeking a managed service solution that will provide 24 / 7 on-site coverage. The main pillars of the service include the following :
1. Monitoring
o An on-site electrician will physically monitor the environment by conducting periodic patrols.
2. Preventive Maintenance (PM)
o Responsible for managing PM activities according to Client's PM plan in collaboration with Client's subcontractors.
3. Malfunction Handling (MH)
o Electrical Incidents : Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1 and L2.
o HVAC Incidents : Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1.
