Responsibilities :
As a Property Manager Office Associate, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Selling new and previously owned homes, including showing units to potential buyers and tenants
- Leasing made-ready units and processing lease renewals
- Handling inquiries from prospective tenants and home buyers via phone and email, and scheduling appointments for unit showings
- Performing daily administrative and office tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office
- Processing rent payments, ensuring accuracy and timely record-keeping
- Assisting with tenant retention efforts to maintain positive relationships
- Collaborating with the team to support daily operations and long-term goals
- Contributing to the general upkeep and organization of office supplies, files, and documents
Candidate Qualifications :
- Experience : Previous experience in office administration, customer service and property management- leasing, or real estate experience is a plus
- Communication Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Technical Skills : Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs;
ability to learn proprietary software quickly
- Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal Skills : Outgoing, personable, and confident with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, prospects, and the Team
- Problem Solving : Diplomacy, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to resolve roadblocks effectively
- Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Team-Oriented : A commitment to working collaboratively and supporting the team
