Seasonal Field Assistant
We are hiring a Seasonal Field Assistant to support our Alfalfa Research program at Land O'Lakes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a field or greenhouse environment and be able to effectively communicate and work with others.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in field activities such as sampling, transplanting, and harvesting
- Maintaining alfalfa plants in the greenhouse, including hand pollinations and seed sorting
- Driving small lawn tractors and other equipment to support tasks around the station
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, valid driver's license
