What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Administrative Assistant position at Land Title?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating projects, planning corporate events and assisting with various tasks as needed.
This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Essential Functions
- Assists with corporate events and planning, to include domestic travel, off site meetings and corporate celebrations.
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, virtual meetings, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains office supplies and marketing materials inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with office tools and applications (e.g., computers, phone systems, copiers)
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Self-sufficient and able to prioritize work with little direction
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work well with staff at all levels from individual contributor to the CEO
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence
- Strong Google Suite skills, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive and Google Meet. Experienced with LinkedIn and iOS and Android devices.
Physical Demands
- Sitting at computer for long periods of time
- Making photocopies of documents including large drawings
- Scanning documents electronically
- Making deliveries occasionally
Working Conditions
- Minimal overtime may be required (weekends or evenings)
Travel Requirements
- Some local travel may be required
Compensation:
- The base salary for this position is anticipated to be between $55,000.00 and $65,000.00.
- As is allowable by law, this position is exempt and ineligible for overtime pay.
- Annual employee profit-sharing bonus, based upon company performance.
