Group Facilitator
Schedules:
- Monday-Thursday, Every other weekend 8:45am-5pm
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $55,000 annually
Location: 8311 Fern Valley Rd, Louisville, KY, 40219

Responsibilities
A successful Group Facilitator will be an organized, proactive and responsive self-starter. They will have the ability to grab the attention of a room of people and guide them through content with ease. They will be approachable, understanding, and empathetic of the situations their group members are experiencing. They can provide structure and guidance when needed, while maintaining control of conversations and situations that may be uncomfortable for group attendees. Group Facilitators exude a calm confidence that inspires trust and fosters belonging in group situations.
- Are responsible for presenting skills and information to further our patients recovery
- Conduct group psychoeducation sessions with fidelity to the established curriculum
- Contribute Treatment Team meetings as needed
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with everyone, especially on the treatment teams
- Work cooperatively with all levels of employees and management
- Do additional duties as assigned
- Report directly to the Clinical Director
Qualifications
- BS/BA or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sociology or equivalent field
- 2 years of experience in a clinical role preferred
- Possess experience in Chemical Dependency or Addiction Treatment field preferred
- Be authorized to work in the US
- Has a passion for substance abuse recovery and the well-being of patients to achieve their greatest potential
- Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essential
- Authorization to work in the US is required
