We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in various office management tasks.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including customer service with clients, answering phones and greeting guests with professionalism, courtesy, and tact.
- Support sales tasks such as coordinating schedules, processing sales leads, preparing reports.
- Assist in accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciliation.
- Handle budgeting responsibilities, including tracking expenses and various supply inventory.
- Support HR functions including timecard reporting, event planning, new hire orientation, company uniforms
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
