Summary:
The TA Manager is tasked with developing and implementing strategic initiatives for talent acquisition and managing processes. This role aims to refine the recruitment/talent acquisition process and identify top talent in our industry. Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Sourcing and screening resumes for management and corporate-level positions
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of talent and identify opportunities to reach a larger scope of talent
- Heavy sourcing of talent through LinkedIn and Indeed efforts
- Reporting on recruiting metrics
- Manage the entire interview process to ensure efficiency which includes interview coordination and communication internally and externally
- Posting job positions
- Building out new job descriptions to improve inbound candidate flow
- Assist with college recruiting efforts, occasional career fairs, intern program support
Corporate Planning:
- Collaborate with the TA team to plan corporate events
- Ordering office supplies, breakroom supplies and restocking items
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5 years of proven experience handling talent acquisition/recruitment functions
- Exceptional communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal skills
- Experience planning and coordinating company events preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to quickly adapt to rapid change
- Team player
- Willingness to be in the office Monday-Friday and collaborating with the team
- Ability to handle light travel
