What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Crew Leader for Landscaping position at Landscaping Solutions of Florida LLC?
We are seeking Full-time Crew Leader. We require a MINIMUM of 5 years of experience in landscaping that has worked for landscaping business(s).
*We do not do lawn maintenace.
*Our businees pertains to landscaping (sod, plants, trees), irrigation, and hardscapes.
Desired:* FULL-TIME Crew Leader employee*
- Full-time employee with 5 days of availability (Mon-Fri.)
- Beginning rate is $180 per day with potential of higher daily pay.
Requirements:
- MUST have a valid driver's license.
- MUST have a reliable means of transportation.
- MINIMUM of 3 years’ experience in lawn and/or landscaping - worked for lawn/landscaping company(s).
- MUST be able to work Monday-Friday.
- MUST be fully knowledgeable in pavers and retention walls.
- MUST be fully knowledgeable in irrigation repairs and installation.
- MUST be dependable, punctual, and ethical (morals).
- NO Drugs allowed - we are a drug free environment.
- MUST be responsible and show to work on time.
- MUST be a team player.
- MUST be able to lead a crew with leadership and respect.
Responsibilities:
- Be at the job site on time.
- Be respectful to co-workers and clients.
- Take direction from the owner of business. (Follow instructions given by owner)
- Provide assistance on the site as needed.
- Perform care and maintenance of assigned tools.
- Load and unload materials.
- Remove debris and hazards from job site (example: tree, bushes, etc.)
- Physical labor on sites.
- Clean job sites.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping is REQUIRED.
- MUST be dependable, punctual, ethical, and a team player.
- MUST follow instructions given by owner.
- MUST have a valid driver's license.
- MUST have a reliable means of transportation.
- MUST be fully knowledgeable in pavers and retention walls.
- MUST be fully knowledgeable in irrigation repairs and installation.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to perform repetitive movements - bend, lift, etc. in one shift with little breaks before appropriate break times.
- Willing to work a varied schedule each week with full days.
- Willing to work landscaping position.
- Able to work in all types of weather that is safe.
- Operate a variety of tools and machinery effectively- or willing to learn.
