I only work in full-service environments these days, no microwaves only hands on culinary and I have 5 positions in the greater Boston market, mostly North Shore and Metro West. • Must have 2 years of hand on line cooking
• 1 years as a supervisor
• Comfortable leading from the line
• Experience with scheduling
• Inventories
• Daily/weekly ordering
• Interfacing with purveyors
• Positive track record of employment
• Valid Driver’s license and Reliable transportation
