Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance with precision.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to assist with strategic decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial practices align with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial workflows for greater efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management, vendors, and clients to support financial objectives.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role (3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, payroll processing, and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
