Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing appointments, greeting clients, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our spa.

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing appointments, greeting clients, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using our booking system.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, pricing, and promotions.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining client records and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure seamless service flow.
- Promote retail products and assist clients with purchases.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (preferably in the spa, beauty, or hospitality industry).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- A warm, friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using spa management software Book4Time (preferred, not required).
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
- Sales experience or ability to upsell products and services.
