Customer Service Representative - (CSR) (Monday - Friday 5:00am - 2:00pm)
(Remote after training in Madison, IL- must live within St. Louis, MO area)

Job Responsibilities:
- Direct customer contact via phone & e-mail
- Assisting with inquiries and problem resolution
- Promote/maintain positive service provider relationships
- Daily entering of data and compiling/completing time-sensitive reports
- Provide customer service at all times
- Performs clerical work as required including answering phone calls, operating various office machines and computers, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years customer service experience in a business-to-business environment
- Clear, pleasant speaking voice and easy to understand
- Excellent problem solver
- Ability to handle customer complaint phone calls with empathy and genuine concern for customer needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and capable of formatting worksheets
