Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner.
- Manage phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette, ensuring all messages are relayed promptly.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Posting of Rent
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Data Entry.
Requirements
2-5 year's experience in office administration or other related fields.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
