**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales organization at LAPP Tannehill. This is a key position responsible for driving business growth and results through effective sales strategies and leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading sales organizations in the industrial consumable space.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM execution.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and motivate diverse groups.
