Job Title: Microsoft 365 System Analyst
Contract duration: 12 months
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid work format)
Main responsibilities: Supporting client's Microsoft 365 (M365) implementation, monitoring, investigating, recommending, and implementing updates to the M365 environment.
Required technical skills: M365 administration and configuration, experience in configuration and administration of M365 in Microsoft GCC, knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, OneDrive, Outlook, Forms, Loop, Viva Engage.
Other required skills:
Ability to investigate product change impacts, experience in preparing technical documentation, ability to communicate effectively, experience in creating and managing content in SharePoint and Teams, knowledge and experience in Microsoft productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Primary duties: Monitoring updates to M365 products within GCC, analyzing product updates' impact, reviewing product configuration options, creating technical documentation, participating in working sessions with the client M365 product team and Microsoft resources.
