We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for client records and office documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing and invoicing as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, typing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to support overall office management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle phone systems effectively and manage multiple lines.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is an advantage.
