We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with existing accounts, collaborate with technical teams, and help drive business growth through exceptional customer service and proactive sales strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain rental accounts
- Collaborate with technical teams for accurate quotes and equipment sizing
- Manage relationships with existing accounts
- Assist with order processing and invoicing
- Shadow outside sales representatives to learn the sales process
Required skills and qualifications:
- 1 year of sales experience or a sales mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus
