Key Responsibilities
- Develop Financial Models: Create and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze Financial Data: Leverage BI tools to analyze financial data and provide insights for leadership
- Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators, analyze trends, and prepare reports to drive operational and financial performance
- Assist in Budgeting: Support annual budgeting and long-term planning
- Provide Insights: Translate financial data into actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Business Intelligence training and experience using BI tools
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
