What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Project Manager position at LaSalle Network?
We're looking for a proven Implementation Project Manager with end-to-end ownership experience across full-scale deployments. You'll be stepping into a high-stakes environment where you'll play a critical role in guiding cross-functional teams through a complex implementation (with IFS Cloud as a preferred platform), ensuring collaboration, clarity, and successful delivery.
Implementation Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle implementation of a Tier 1 ERP system (IFS Cloud preferred) from planning through go-live and stabilization
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team across Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors/partners
- Create structure and momentum in a context where the implementation schedule is not yet finalized
- Drive team alignment and manage communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor and resolve integration dependencies, sequencing challenges, and conflicting technology rollouts
- Coach and support team leads, empowering them to make informed decisions
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans proactively
- Facilitate working sessions, workshops, and stakeholder alignment meetings
Implementation Project Manager Requirements:
- Proven track record leading full ERP implementations, not just advising
- Hands-on experience with Tier 1 ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Deep understanding of IFS or IFS Cloud - strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple technology tools and orchestrate integrations with minimal disruption
- Skilled at "reading the room," identifying blockers, and adjusting leadership style to team dynamics
- Strong people management skills with experience coaching team members and encouraging cross-functional ownership
- Experience working in or with the construction or engineering industry is a bonus!
- Familiarity with complex operational environments involving multiple locations, systems, or legacy tools is a bonus!
