Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and communication? We're seeking a Training Coordinator to join a dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Downtown Chicago. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful training initiatives while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Training Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including booking training rooms and managing logistics
- Oversee calendar management and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders
- Track and report training registrations and attendance
- Order and manage training supplies to support successful sessions
- Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with team members and participants
Training Coordinator Requirements:
- Experience with SuccessFactors (learning assignments, mapping SAP roles) is a plus
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred but not required
- Open to recent graduates-Bachelor's degree not required!
