Phone Operator (Morning, Evening, weekends needed)
Duties of Live 24/7 Answering Service:
- Greeting callers with a professional tone, etiquette, pronunciation and use of good grammar. We are an extension of the office for our customers.
-Professionally answering incoming calls, identifying the reason for the call
- Message taking: Accurately recording detailed messages with caller information, reason for calling with important details included
- Call Routing: directing calls to the appropriate person based on the callers needs
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling urgent/emergency type calls- knowing how to respond to urgent situations
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service-oriented mindset
