Summary:
The Information Technology Systems Administrator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the technology infrastructure across all store locations and operations. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, networking, servers, cloud services, and software applications. The administrator will manage system updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and lead IT-related projects to support business operations. Additionally, the role includes supervisory duties over at least one IT Support Specialist, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
