Lateral Link is assisting a reputable boutique law firm and repeat client with an *unposted* search for a senior real estate associate or counsel to join their busy team.
This is an opportunity to join a collegial team comprised of former Big Law attorneys who provide great training, exciting and sophisticated work and an opportunity to build your own practice.
The firm is seeking a senior associate or counsel level candidate who has real estate financing transactional experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least seven years' of experience.
The work is exploding and the group is seeking a competent attorney who has loan experience and can run their own transactions.
If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, the partners will very much encourage and support you.
The firm provides “BigLaw” work without having to work in a big firm. There is no hierarchy… you just get to practice law.
The position also affords the ability to be fully remote!
The firm also offers flexibility and encourages attorneys to live well balanced lives outside of work. *(1800 billable hour requirement).
