Billing Specialist

Latitude is looking for a Billing Specialist to help one of our clients in Alabama. We are looking for a person willing to go on-site, work hard, and who has experience in a legal setting or accounting setting.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage billing process

·        Maintain billing records

·        Accurate and timely billing of clients

·        Work with accounting team to ensure accuracy of invoices

·        Provide billing support internally and externally as needed

- Maintain billing records and documentation

- Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

·        3 years of experience in billing or e-billing

·        Experience with a law firm or accounting firm

·        Ability to work independently or as part of a team

·        Proficient in Microsoft office

Salary : $50,000 - $56,000
