The Role In a Nutshell
The Paid Search Senior Specialist will manage and optimize Search, Demand Gen & PMax campaigns across major search platforms and multiple accounts. Responsibilities will range from initial keyword research to campaign development & execution to optimization & performance analysis. You will have the opportunity to develop paid media & measurement strategies alongside senior team members, as well as train and mentor junior colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of Search, Demand Gen and PMax campaigns across multiple Client accounts, including development, execution & optimization of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Continuously refine and test ad copy and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Coordinate with Director and broader media team to garner a deep understanding of clients’ goals and deliverables.
- Optimize key elements to ensure cost-effective bidding strategies, including daily management of campaign budgets, negative keyword strategies, ad creative, and audience targeting – maintaining the highest standards of performance.
- Keep Director and Media Planners apprised of performance and status of projects.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research.
- Assist with pulling data and preparing reports for clients, including key metrics and performance against planned estimates.
- Attend client status and reporting meetings, actively listening, documenting appropriate action items and partaking in the conversation.
- Work with Data & Insights team to ensure proper tracking is implemented for campaign measurement and optimization, including creation of floodlight tags, as well as proper set-up of A / B tests.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Google Ads updates, and emerging technologies.
