Position Profile:
The Sales Representative will work out of the Launch Corporate Office. Duties will include answering inbound and outbound phone calls, booking events, confirming event details, community engagement, spreading the word about Launch, obtaining contacts and partners, cold calling, and being a part of creating awesome memories for our guests.
Candidates for this role should have strong personal, creative, organizational and time management skills. They should be proactive in generating leads and embody a go-getter mentality. Candidates should also have experience in guest services and public relations.
Sales Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering inbound and outbound phone calls in the office
- Be an expert in Launch’s offerings and policies
- Book events from inbound and outbound calls
- Complete confirmation calls
- Return any voicemails or inquiries
- Maintain a missed call rate of under 4%
- Engage with community
- Attend community events as a part of the street team
- Complete cold calling
- Obtain contacts and partners
- Spread the word about Launch positively
- Funnel street team event opportunities to locations
- Set up fundraisers and partnerships
- Work daily in conjunction with Launch management team to coordinate events and community outreach
- Deliver 5 star guest services from the start of the event.
- Performs phone recruitment of past and potential events.
- Schedule fundraisers in collaboration with the management team
- Ensure all events are properly communicated with on-site management
- Provide exemplary customer service to develop and sustain partnerships.
- Maintain excellent public relations answering questions, comments and inquiries through telephone, verbal and written communication.
- Maintain accurate database and record keeping.
- Follow company policy and procedure for booking events in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Resolve all customer service issues in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a positive experience for all guests of Launch.
- Work in coordination with the Corporate team and General Manager to deliver special event pricing as needed.
- Accountable for achieving location goals related to event sales.
- Maintain brand awareness throughout the community
- Log your work in the Trackers.
- Support Park Management Team members where needed.
- Respond to all emails
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and resolve
- Must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well organized.
- Previous sales experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
