Job Responsibilities:
- Credit card statement reconciliation
- Track down vendor purchase orders and receipts from staff
- Maintain and record information as needed.
- Processing of Sold contracts for all divisions.
- Administration of daily cash flow including, client billing, daily receipts, collections calls.
- Accounts Receivable analysis and reporting, including preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting, analysis of daily sales, any skipped or partial payments, or customer errors, missing information and status of bad debts.
- Create purchase orders for subcontractors and material management.
- Administration of the collections process from start to finish, calls to be made, documentation maintenance, court filings, etc.
- Processing of intercompany billings, including coding for AR
- Prior accounting experience required.
- Collections experience required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum 5 years' experience in AP/AR/Collections
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
