Compensation : 17-$19
Responsibilities :
- Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within our scope of the firm while helping the caller feel heard and understood
- Monitor calendar and schedule appointments
- Greet clients and potential clients
- Scan supporting documents
- Input new lead's information into file database and case management software
- Facilitate with intake process
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Update the team with weekly intake reports
- Assist with billing and accounting
- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
- Other administrative duties as assigned
