We are seeking an experienced and passionate Family Law Attorney to join our team. If you have a strong background in family law and are dedicated to providing exceptional client service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, and modifications.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
  • Handle all aspects of case management, from client intake to resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies tailored to their needs.
  • Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on legal developments and changes in family law.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Indiana Bar license.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience (preferred 5 years).
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a significant plus and will result in a higher salary.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Starting at $120,000 quarterly performance-based bonuses.
  • Option to work from home one day per week.

    • Perks and Benefits :

  • Medical, Dental and Vision after 90 days probation
  • Fidelity 401k, 3% match
  • First year is 10 PTO, plus 5 sick days. PTO grows dependent on years with the firm.
  • 11 paid holidays. All PTO is lost at the end of each calendar year if not used. PTO begins after 90 days with the firm as long as no extended probationary period is placed.
  • Quarterly bonuses based on KPIs and firm goal, and annual raises
  • Reimbursed BAR fees and CLEs, potential career development opportunities when available

    • Work Arrangement :

  • Hybrid, one day from home and 4 at office
