We are looking for a Paralegal or Legal Assistant to assist our lead attorney and direct Real Estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional office setting. They will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will be responsible for drafting documents, conducting research, filing paperwork, and managing correspondence with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the legal field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate transactions through each step, from client interaction to closing.
- Office administration and management.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Maintain contact with clients, banks, and other attorneys.
- Scheduling, bookkeeping, mail, phone reception and messaging.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
