We are hiring an Executive Assistant. The Assistant would provide services to the business owner including but not limited to the following:
a) Managing the attorney’s schedule and coordinate business and personal appointments;
b) Preparation of business correspondence and personal letters;
c) Answering phones;
d) Project management and research;
e) Event planning;
f) Organize files and documentation including filing, scanning, and coordinating between two offices (Blue Bell & Wayne, PA).
The ideal candidate must work quickly, work well under pressure, demonstrate attention to detail, and be extremely organized.

The Assistant would be subject to a background check and would be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement. The position is full-time and intended to be permanent and would require 40 hours a week. Full-time employment benefits include health, vision and dental insurance (about 90% paid by us), 401(k) match (up to 4%), life insurance and vacation time.

· Salary is negotiable depending on level of experience and qualifications.
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
