Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in our law firm located on Marco Island. The successful candidate will assist the attorney in managing all aspects of real estate closings and related transactions, including title examinations and the preparation of title insurance policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate closings and title insurance preparation
- Knowledge of closing procedures.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools .
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
