Nationwide Law Firm ls looking for an Experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to a fill a position starting as a Temp with the possibility of becoming permanent. This particular position is working for 3-4 Attorneys practicing in Civil and Commercial Litigation.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure, able to work with the courts and opposing counsel, set depositions and court hearings, have calendaring skills, and be able to format pleadings. You must have strong e-filing skills, both State and Federal, have strong communication skills and be able to meet deadlines. This is a busy desk so you must be organized and able to prioritize. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of Nevada Litigation experience.
· This is a full-time position working “in office” Monday through Friday with a 40 hour work week.
The position is available now and we will be interviewing this week for an immediate start date. We offer a competitive wage rate, DOE.
