Role Synopsis: We seek a highly skilled Attorney specializing in removal defense to join our strong litigation team. The ideal candidate will embody our firm's unwavering commitment to achieving successful results through zealous advocacy. The successful candidate should demonstrate a deep commitment to client rights, a proficient understanding of complex removal issues, and the ability to manage a significant caseload.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Educational Background: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission: Must be licensed to practice law in any U.S. state.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in deportation defense.
• Legal Skills: Strong understanding of immigration law, exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience in various legal jurisdictions and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Case Management: Ability to effectively manage a substantial caseload, with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Client Relations: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate complex legal information clearly, and build trust with clients.
• Language Skills: Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Collaborative Skills: Team player, contributing to collective goals and sharing expertise.
