- Manage the front end operations, including seating arrangements and reservations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist with banquet setups and other special events as needed.
- Support shift management by coordinating with team members during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or culinary roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in banquet services or hotel operations is advantageous.
