Responsibilities:
- Manage and challenge the FO-IT risk and control framework in alignment with regulatory requirements, while driving strategic improvements in processes, tools, and standards
- Work with IT teams, auditors, and risk management groups to evaluate technologies and processes, facilitate audits, address findings, and ensure continuous improvement
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of risk policies and reporting mechanisms, offering actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Monitor and assess potential IT risks and vulnerabilities, staying updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in financial services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years experience in IT audit, risk management, or information security within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of IT risks and controls
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CSISC)
